CHUD is reporting that the hilarious annoying comedian/actor Jamie Kennedy is in current negotiations to return to the 'Scream' franchise... which is odd (SPOILER WARNING) being as how his character Randy Meeks was killed off in the second installment. Hmm. Oh well.
